Jen's programs for weight loss and strength building were the best things I have ever done for my health. I loss 25 pounds and recently completed the Wheelmen's 100 mile bicycle ride, not bad for a 66 year old. Without Jen's programs I would still be sitting on the couch watching the world go by instead of being a part of it.
Services
When you join online you will activate your membership for this month.
On the 1st of next month and thereafter your card will be charged your monthly dues until you choose to terminate your membership.
To pay a prorated amount for this month, please call or visit your local club.
SSC West End Premium Membership is $79/month and is automatically withdrawn from your account on the first of the month.

Small Group Training (SGT) is included for free in your membership and is led by certified personal trainers.
Trainers will bring you through intense, unique workouts that will incorporate strength, mobility, endurance and cardio to deliver a next level workout.
Classes are limited to 10 people so trainers can give you direct education, form correction, and personal attention.
All workouts can be modified to help you find the level of challenge that is right for you.
SGT includes Ignite, Amp'd Up, HIIT and TRX-HIIT.
At SSC Youth Performance, we're striving to cultivate a safe, fun environment that encourages and challenges youth athletes to perform at the highest levels.
With injury prevention at the forefront, we utilize a variety of different tested and proven training techniques to increase all aspects of athletic performance.
Power: dial up the ability to control the speed that we move ourselves and objects through space including jumping, throwing, and responsible Olympic lifts.
Strength: steadily increase command of weight using a total-body, movement-based approach without compromising form for frills, or quality for quantity.

For many individuals this is the preferred training style, customized workouts tailored to your specific goals by and SSC fitness professional.
These sessions can be 30 minutes or an hour and are ways designed specifically for you.

Functional based whole body strength, power, core, and conditioning workouts built with a leveling system of progressions for every fitness level.
This workout will improve your movement mechanics, fitness level, mood, and physique!
