We take all new members through our On-Ramp Program to teach them the basics before integrating them into the regular classes. Come to the world of CrossFit Training! At our gym you won't find machines or treadmills. You'll learn to climb ropes, flip tires and lift barbells, discovering strength you never knew you had. CrossFit is back-to-basics exercise.

The class gets you familiar with the fundamental movements of CrossFit before you join regular classes.
Membership covers your classes AND you still need to sign up for the classes you plan to attend, as class size is limited.
We have daily classes, but times vary by the day.

At the conclusion of your on-ramp program, you and your coach will discuss the progress you've made and the avenues we offer to best fit your goals.

Not having an athletic background, CrossFit seemed scary and daunting to me.
About 11 years ago, a friend invited me into a CrossFit class where I was greeted by people who were truly invested in their fitness goals as well as mine; this gave me the tools to live a more healthful life and the drive to pay it forward-which turned into opening Lamorinda CrossFit.
