This is a 1on1 Training Session starting from the position the client plays and/or training to get better at. Each session starts off with Warm Ups, then Footwork Drills. After that, position drills aimed at training for the exact position the client plays. We also do Group Sessions which is up to the client to train with other players. I was the Head Coach & Owner of a Semipro Football Team, The MOTOR CITY COUGARS, for 9 years coaching former College & NFL players.
During that time I coached both Offense & Defense.
Our team made the playoffs 8 of those 9 years and we won 1 League Championship.
I was Honored with the "Coach of the Year" award twice in our league ( LSFL).
I've also been a Personal Trainer for the past 11 years( Fitness, Weight Loss, Weightlifting) helping clients Get In & Stay In Shape.
I played Semipro football where my primary position was TE. 2 years I led the team in receptions.
