An approach specifically tailored to help you get results and get the most out of your 21-day challenge.
TRAINING: We host LIVE 40 min sessions M-F at 5:30am CST which are available for on-demand replay by 6:20am CST.
Saturday we train at 7:30am CST with on-demand replay at 8:45am CST.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we focus on strength training.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday we focus on strengthening the heart with cardio conditioning.
