Crossfit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (pushing, pulling, squating, lifting, running) executed at a high intensity. We truly are for everyone and welcome anyone with a desire to be at an optimum level of fitness to come check us out. We are trainers dedicated to Forging Elite Fitness. We have small classes because this allows for one on one attention and instruction.

You are not lead in a workout, you are coached through a workout. We are training you to improve to the next level. We encourage setting goals, tracking progress and raising the bar in an effort to have members truly thrive.
