New Aqua Spin Bike in the pool area, and individual cardio workout area available as well! In addition to being the only local gym with a pool, we also offer a fully-equipped free-weight room, racquetball courts, child watch 6 days a week, and more! Our fitness and aquatics schedules are online. They will be updated quarterly so you can always find something new to try at a time that works for you!

BARRE FUSION: Barre combines the posture & length of ballet inspired movements, and the core and strength of Yoga & Pilates.
Dumbbells and resistance bands are used.

MAT PILATES: This class will work to balance all muscle groups, strength & flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

Our trainers are some of the most innovative in the personal training industry with varied backgrounds in everything from nutrition to martial arts to competitive dance and gymnastics.
They'll be happy to design a training program that fits your schedule and lifestyle -- and meets your needs.
With the unique challenges of today, we are also offering outdoor and virtual personal training as options.

Michelle is certified in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, as well as group exercise.
She enjoys working one on one or in small groups to help clients meet their personal goals, whether it be gaining strength, losing weight or getting ready for any type of athletic event or competition.
She has a degree in education and more than 20 years of coaching and fitness experience under her belt.
She has been a gymnast from the age of 4, Michelle competed for the University of Rhode Island as a four time Academic all-American.
