CrossFit Pawling is a functional fitness gym offering group workouts and private training for all fitness levels and goals. Our professional team of coaches are experts at getting you the best workout for your needs and in a safe and supportive environment.

No matter if you are a seasoned athlete who is looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit, or just starting out on your fitness journey, our coaches and support staff make sure you are able to participate in every workout and push yourself to your safest limits all while having fun.You will also find a community of like-minded people to support you within our walls in the other members you meet.

These workouts combine functional movements including weight lifting, body weight exercises, rowing and running to increase overall fitness.
ALL workouts can be modified for each individual.
Workouts are different every single day and have a format where you will never be bored.
They are functional, meaning what you do in the gym will actually make you feel stronger in your day to day life.
Our community is made up of mothers, fathers, teachers, first responders, 9-5ers and people just like you.
We are a group of like minded people who support one another throughout our fitness journeys.
CrossFit is a fitness program that will change your life.
By it's definition, it uses "constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity".
As a truly functional program, the difficulty level of our daily workouts is designed to be increased or decreased, depending upon the individual.
This makes them doable by anyone.
Daily workouts could include things such as core conditioning, rowing, sprinting, gymnastics, lifting, etc.
And all our workouts are designed to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility.
A little over two years ago, I nervously started boot camp at Crossfit Pawling.
On the first day of the camp, I was asked for a short term and long term goal.
I knew my short term, but I was not sure how big my long term goal should be.
I decided to go big and put down that I wanted to weigh under 200 pounds(this would require losing 94 pounds).
I have had many gains and setbacks, but this community of truly great people has always been encouraging, motivating, and welcoming.
I really just want to say thank you to everyone.
