Alec Abend and Paul Dickey came together with similar backgrounds with how fitness has helped improved their lives in more ways than just better physical health.
Both had a common connection of finding that physical fitness could help battle their depression and improve their overall mental state.
They found that working out in the company of like-minded friends, they felt stronger and healthier both physically and mentally, all while feeling like they were a part of a community.
They came together in 2019 to create a fitness facility that wasn't just about helping you lose weight, but to help improve your muscular, cardiovascular, and mental health, all in the pursuit to build a better you.
Our balanced strength and conditioning training combined with real time heart rate sensing with our HXBX(R) means you'll achieve better results by gaining lean muscles and reducing unwanted weight.

We wanted to combine the best of bootcamps, Studio Classes, and traditional gyms, all while offering more.

Every one of our HXBX(R) workouts is built upon the foundations of games you know and love, all while giving you the most intense and effective 50 minute functional strength and cardio endurance workout you'll ever experience.
All of this in a less than 10 person class structure that feels like a personal training session in a group setting with concert style music and lighting.
Every HXBX(R) workout is comprised of a warmup, strength piece, conditioning piece, and cool down.
Similar to our HXBX(R) workouts, HXBXplus(R) classes are comprised of a warmup, strength piece, conditioning piece, and cool down.

Push yourself to the next level with our mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning.
Track your workouts based off how long it takes you, how many reps / rounds you can do, or how much weight you move.
Not only do we offer a unique assortment of community driven classes for all fitness levels, but we offer 24 hour access to all members!

Come in during holidays, during class times, or even at 1AM.
The same keycard you use to check yourself in to classes is the same one that opens our main entrance.
At night, the door remains locked and only electronically opens when you, as a member, tags in.
Feel safe at all times of the day with our on-site staff, 24 hour surveillance, and safety button implementation.
