Before founding CoreFit Fitness, he hadn't found his TRUE passion.
That sent him on a journey of discovery.
On the road to fulfilling his vision for a unique approach to personal training, he explored many things, including law enforcement, criminal justice, medicine and other possibilities.
But none of them seemed to completely fulfill his desire to make a real, positive difference in people's lives.until he founded CoreFit Fitness.
Today, CoreFit Fitness is the result of Rod's personal explorations and transformations with Personal Training.

I don't have any cardio equipment at home, so how can you train my cardiovascular system?.
Cardiovascular conditioning is recommended at least five days per week for twenty or more minutes (more for fat reduction).
Musculoskeletal conditioning for the muscles, bones, and joints should take place at least twice per week for each major muscle group.
Flexibility conditioning is appropriate nearly every day to keep circulation, joint mobility, and muscular elasticity optimal throughout the aging process.
