Absolute MMA
Absolute MMA is one of Utah's best MMA gyms and trains students and athletes of all levels including beginners, hobbyists, fitness enthusiasts, amateur and professional mixed martial arts fighters as well as many others. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or BJJ, is a form of self-defense using leverage and technique to first, survive, then counter your opponent.

In the USA we call it kickboxing, but Muay Thai uses stand-up striking, punching, kicks, knees elbows, and various clinching techniques. We offer many more styles of mixed martial arts and other popular fighting disciplines and styles including wrestling, boxing, grappling, submission wresting, and more. Our wrestling program is built around competition in mixed martial arts and sport Jiu Jitsu.

We emphasize takedowns and positions of control to access submissions or a dominant position for striking. Absolute MMA offers fitness training classes that incorporate teachings from MMA disciplines. Get ready for the workout of your life. Often referred to as the "Little gym with big talent".
