Hey, we're Anneke and Lynndsey - we are the founders and co-owners of Fitbliss Fitness. We realized that there was a big oversight in the fitness coaching industry - coaches that actually care were hard to come by.

Although we believe that fitness takes drive, we want you to enjoy the experience without sacrificing your mental health or giving up focus on personal aspects of your life like spending time with your family, working a full-time career or or pursuing other passions that are important to you.
Instead, we'll use an empowering, uplifting approach to challenge you, encourage you and make a difference.

Our check-ins are always answered within 36 hours of submission and you'll be able to be in contact with your coach any time you need them!
