At Infinity Fitness Gym, we are proud of our highly-skilled, expert trainers. Our trainers have degrees in Kinesiology, are certified through NSCA and NASM, and have experience training athletes of all ages. Our fitness coaches shine in our fast-paced, high-energy group fitness classes and in our highly-customized, one-on-one personal training sessions.

Whether you are someone with specific fitness goals, just looking to move pain-free, want enjoy the one-on-one fitness experience, preparing for an event or just have a busy schedule - training at Infinity Fitness is the perfect place to accomplish your goals. Our group fitness classes are the perfect program for you no matter your current experience or fitness goals.

Each month's program is thoughtfully developed by our trainers to include the correct balance of strength training and high-intensity cardio. Our experienced fitness coaches take the time in every class to help each member choose appropriate weights, demonstrate and correct individual form, and keep you engaged and motivated.

At Infinity Fitness, we try to provide an environment that is safe, welcoming, challenging but never intimidating.
We make a great effort to ensure we know, at a minimum, everyone's name, conditioning level, injury history, and preferred instruction style.
You may not know anyone in the class but you will know the trainer, and the trainer will know you.
We administer workouts that include strength training, high-intensity cardiovascular work, core stability development, mobility and much more.
You will definitely be asked to do things you have not done before.
Whether you're preparing for an event, working on an area of weakness, or just prefer that level of individual attention, Personal Training can meet your needs.
We want you to enjoy your workout but we also want you to see results!
Your program will be designed to challenge you every step of the way to avoid plateaus and always make progress.
Personal Training can also be a great supplement to a consistent Team Training membership.

The goal of Team Training is to improve your overall fitness capacity & physical wellness - strength, cardio, core stability, energy, mobility all play a role.
We're training to look good, feel good, move well and have fun.
Team Training workouts are programmed monthly by the Infinity Fitness staff.
All workouts correspond to an overarching program to instill progress, promote recovery and avoid injury.
