JoyRide Cycling + Fitness offers boutique studio classes to tone every muscle in your body while improving your state of mind! We're more than just a place to sweat. JoyRide is a supportive COMMUNITY that empowers our athletes (yeah, you!) to use the strength built inside the studio as a tool to live a BIG JOYful life. Our cycling classes are designed as high intensity interval training rides, ridden to the beat with varying levels of resistance and tempos.

JoyX offers high intensity circuit and fitness-based classes that combine cardio and strength training for an athletic and efficient workout.

In addition to our signature JoyRide Cycle classes, and popular JoyX Strength, Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes, the new platform features hybrid classes, such as Cycle + Strength, Cycle + Pilates, Abs + Arms, and Abs + Glutes.

No worries, JoyRideGO classes range from 15-50 minutes.
JoyRide cycling classes are designed as high intensity interval training rides, ridden to the beat with varying levels of resistance and tempos.

Experiencing a JoyRide will empower body and mind and provide the fuel to live a bigger, bolder life beyond the studio.
A classic JoyRide is a 50-minute indoor cycling class that includes aerobic and anaerobic interval training.
Rides are beat driven and set to instructor-curated playlists that take you on a fitness journey!

Waking up in the morning and having the opportunity to do what I love - bringing positive, fun-loving energy to the riders and people I train daily.
What is the most interesting thing in your gym bag?
Boy, I wish I had some interesting things, but honestly I have a wardrobe of workout clothes always on hand, especially socks, chap stick and hydration tablets!
My children first and foremost, but laughing with friends and family on a daily basis fuels my soul.
Laughter and Joy cure all!
We know that trying a new fitness method can be intimidating, but have no fear, Team JoyRide is here to support you every step of the way!
Below is helpful information to get you ready for your first (of many) classes.
You pay as you go.
You can purchase individual classes online or at the studio, or for a discounted rate; packages of 5, 10, or 20 are available.
We also offer several unlimited packages for JoyRiders who wish to commit monthly.
You manage your own account online, can reserve for the week ahead (new schedule posts on Sundays at 8 a.m.), and select your individual bike or spot.
