We meet with every one of our members one-on-one every 1-3 months at an 'athlete check-in' appointment to measure their progress (Inbody body composition scan, attendance review, goals check in etc.) and write them a new 'prescription'. Everyone's prescription is customized based on our conversation during your appointment. Maybe you have a weight loss goal in which case we could focus on sweating it out in a spin class and working with our registered dietitian.
Maybe you want to get stronger and more flexible for golf so you do some personal training and yoga. Many gyms only work on physical development, but Loco works on developing the whole picture of health. Everyone deserves a place where they feel a sense of belonging; Loco is that place!
