Our first studio outside of Charleston will be located in The Line, a 16-story tower fronting the Rail Trail in the heart of Charlotte's South End. He earned the UFC Knockout of the Night award twice during his professional career. His championship resume dates back to the age of seven-winning national titles in BMX, a state championship in high school wrestling, and two state championships in high school hockey.

Luke brings over 15 years of coaching, teaching and personal training experience - including wrestling, Brazilian jiu jitsu, MMA, kickboxing, and strength and conditioning. As a personal trainer and coach, Luke loves helping others find their inner grit and leave the gym feeling empowered. When he's not at the gym, you can find Luke hanging with his family - Jordan, Jagger, Riley, and their pup Bucks.

These classes combine Kickboxing with bodyweight movements to create the perfect full body workout.

If you are booking your first class please select the class you want to attend, create an account (or login if you have a Mindbody account) and select "First Time Free Trial Class" at checkout.
You will not be charged unless you do not show up for your class without notifying us to cancel 2 hrs prior.
If you do not show up for your scheduled class without contacting us to cancel, you will be charged a one time $15 fee.
This is our way of encouraging you to arrive on time or to allow someone else to take your spot in class if you can not make it.

GRIT BOX was created to allow beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts to get a killer workout together in the same class.
There is first floor retail parking in The Guild parking garage all day (first three floors before 7 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m.).
Street parking is also available.
The 45-minute class is divided into 8 rounds split between kickboxing and strength/stability.
You'll be assigned a bag number and the corresponding strong bench and wall station.
