Newport Fitness is a gym specializing in a variety of group class options. We strive for people of all ages, sizes and ability levels to EMBARK on a new fitness journey. This journey consists of daily 45 minute or 1 hour fitness classes that will provide a mix of cardio, strength and bodyweight movements. It will be easy to EMBRACE this new style of fitness because the workouts are different every single day with friendly, knowledgable trainers leading the way and a community participating with you.

We hope this fitness experience will help you to EMPOWER those around you to be a better, fitter version of themselves. Em's Fitcamp is a high intensity bootcamp style workout that combines strength, cardio and traditional bodyweight exercises. They are DIFFERENT every day, so you never get bored! This program is for ANYONE - all ages, sizes and ability levels welcome!

Looking to lose weight and get some great workouts in! We will provide you with a customized meal plan, food tracking, nutrition seminar, body measurements, accountability and unlimited classes!

Our introductory special is 8 weeks unlimited Em's Fitcamp and Em's Fitride Outside classes for $120!
If you would like to try out Em's Fitcamp before committing, sign up for our FREE WEEK PASS!
It is highly recommended that you download the Newport Fitness App for access to our schedule and the ability to check into classes.
We provide everyone with a FREE WEEK to check us out before committing.
You can also try our Beginner CrossFit Classes and High Intensity Mix classes during this free week.
Each class is led by one or more certified trainers guiding, coaching and motivating you through each part of the class.
Register for one of our FREE Beginner CrossFit Classes to learn proper form and technique on all of the weightlifting movements and learn modifications for any challenging skills.
There will be a workout as part of the classes putting in to practice what you learned.
We require 3 Beginner Classes before entering the regular CrossFit Classes.
