Our space is tailored to accommodate functional exercises of all kinds, from sled pushes and yokes, stones and sandbags, to lifting, climbing, and rowing. Open gym memberships allow you the freedom and space to train hard on your schedule.
If desired, our strength coaches can provide personalized training plans to develop skills across a broad spectrum of strength sports. Memberships will be limited to ensure ample space for you, our SBC athlete.

Every program includes online training which helps keep you on track with physical assesments and re-evaluations, before and after photos, nutrition and cardio programing, as well as descriptive in home resistance training programs to compliment our one-on-one training.
20+ years of personal and professional experience, backed with a BS in Exercise Science (Fitness and Nutrion) and dual CPT certifications.
