This high intensity class is a blend of resistance training, heart pounding cardio, and plyometric training. This workout has you drenching with sweat as you shed fat from your body, while sculpting lean chiseled muscles. If you love a challenge and want quick results - this is your class! Strength Training is essential for developing a strong foundation for the body no matter what goals you might have.

At Survival Fitness we make sure to address all muscle groups to avoid imbalances and possible injuries that occur when training incorrectly.

He uses his expertise during class to motivate, correct form, and push clients to their next level.
He keeps pushing to make each client realize their full potential.
Josh has focused on development of exercise programs to target both strength and fat loss with his unique bootcamp-like style and muscle confusion training methods.
These have proven extremely effective with adults, teenagers, and sports teams for their conditioning.
Josh also continued his studies to help a large segment of the population with chronic health conditions and people who are considered high risk for training.
Frank has been a certified personal trainer since 2010.
He received his Physical Education and Tourism Management Certificate in Training from IUPUI.
Frank specializes in strength training, sports specific training, circuit training, and bootcamp training.
Frank is also in his 6th year of coaching varsity football at Scecina Memorial High School.
In his spare time, Frank competes in Strongman competitions and duatlhons.
John has been working in the fitness industry for more than a decade and have a proven record of results.
He has designed effective workouts for all ages and physical abilities, incorporating nutrition into my fitness plans for maximum results.
He specializes in weight loss, strength training, and rehabilitation.
He also really enjoys boxing and has found ways to use those skills in workout plans for my clients.
Working as a dietitian he understands the importance of proper nutrition and how it can elevate your fitness plan.

After you make the reservation when you get to the services page just select, "Trial Class."
