We are a 3500 sq ft intimate, semi-private feel fitness facility located just outside the heart of downtown Battle Creek. TFL was originally launched in a LOFT space as a private personal training studio. The owner merged into the public membership location in part to get to know the other TFL members and work closer with our stellar member services team.

We have maintained a more family type feel as we have evolved. We pride ourselves in offering a very wide range of well maintained equipment within our space. Such as a of course weight machines to target many different muscles groups & angles, dumbbells up to 85 pounds, a custom made rig to house our Olympic Bar, a custom made boxing bag that houses 3 bags, variety of curl bars, cardio equipment, bosu balls & bands.

Within our space is a separate beautiful, clean, great sound - Group Fitness Studio. Our focus is on quality, being widely equipped, very clean & welcoming for teens to young adults to our adoring Seniors who inspire us. In addition to our incredible group fitness classes we offer top notch Personal Training Services.
Services
We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.
All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.
This popular class incorporates total-body circuit strength training, targeting all major muscle groups.
It is the ultimate challenge of muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance and provides many long-lasting benefits.
At TFL, we want you to do your best in the gym so that you can be your best outside of the gym enjoying life to the highest.
The personal training services offered at TFL were established by Tara Hampton, a professional trainer for 20 plus years with a BA degree in Exercise Physiology/Biology.
Tara has a large entrepreneurial spirit leading her business drive, but still refers to her opportunity to improve others fitness as her passion job.
Through many years of experience Tara has found that professionalism, personality all support a client's success, but not to be underestimated is the accountability a Personal Trainer provides can be a very worthy investment to your ongoing adherence.
