If you're unfamiliar with who I am my name is Tim Staggs. I'm a father, author, founder of Staggs Fitness and a national level physique competitor. I have over 15 years of experience and have helped hundreds of individuals achieve the body of their dreams with my revolutionary SFT system. I offer plans tailored to you to help you achieve your goals.

Each plan consists of specific lifestyle changes, detailed eating habits, and exercise programs to maximize your success. The journey with reaching your health and fitness goals starts with one step at a time. During your journey there will be obstacles to go around and bridges to cross. With my coaching system I am here for you every step of the way, to give you the knowledge to get around those obstacles, and to hold your hand across those bridges.

I fell in love with health and fitness over 20 years ago.
I am very passionate of helping others achieve their goals and have helped over 350 people.
I am a father of 5 and I love being outdoors and am a conservationist.
I love playing sports and am still playing some sports competitively, even at almost 40 years old.
I look forward to learning about you and your goals.

Like many people out there I wanted to be "skinny".
I overworked myself, wasn't eating enough and had no solid approach to health and fitness.

INFLATE THE CHEST WORKOUT If you have been looking to change up your chest workout here's a great one for you to try.
Five exercises may not seem that bad, but by the end of this chest workout you will have a pump that will inflate the chest to its breaking point.

We've all heard of the BMI scale and how it is an indicator of health.
If you've been to the doctor or applied for insurance they have probably calculated your BMI.
What the doctors and the insurance companies are not telling you is it's outdated system and proven to not be effective at indicating health.
Competing, like life has it's up and downs and can be an emotional roller coaster.
The journey usual begins with excitement and some uncertainty.
As you compete at your first show a lot of emotions come out and a lot of questions are answered.
You usually decide if competing is for you.
You decide when.

I figured I would start with a little about myself and a little bit about how I got to this point.
