The PIT
The PIT is a lifter's gym - it's not for the faint of heart. When you walk in, you're there to do work. With a heavy Strongman and Powerlifting presence, there's no shortage of toys to play with. It's all about having fun and giving it all you've got. And we're just getting started! We're determined to make the PIT an all-inclusive fitness destination you'll want to call home.

Whatever your reason for working out, at the end of the day we want you to look good naked and add years to your life. The PIT helps you get from Point A to Point B efficiently. Forget hours on treadmills and ellipticals with no results. Functional fitness trains your muscles to work together and work better, in and out of the gym. Weighed 348 lbs when he began working with Gina.

In nine months, he got down to 200 lbs, working out three days a week, ranging from an hour to an hour and a half at a time, and maintaining healthy lifestyle changes. Lost 40 lbs and 6 inches in six months working with Gina once a week.
