Our Team Fitness offers a community where no matter who you are or what your goals are everyone is welcome. Our coaches will help you set goals and stay motivated on your journey towards success. We all know that exercise is good for us, but it can be hard to find the time and motivation to get started. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals in and out of the gym.

When I created Our Team Fitness, my goal was to re-create everything that helped me recover from my life changing car accident. Our Team Fitness is my attempt to pay forward what everyone gave to me on my road to recovery.

We're passionate about what we do and we're on a mission to help people of all ages, all fitness levels and from all walks of life to discover that fitness doesn't have to be a chore or a struggle.
It's all about making it fun, making it effective and making every moment count.
We promise that we will never treat you as a number or leave you behind.
We believe everyone that comes through our doors is different.
Different fitness levels, injuries, ages, goals, the list could go on and on!
Because of this we know that each person needs an individualized approach to reach their goals.
Starting from day one we assess your needs and make sure we are putting you in the best position to have success.
We are all not the same!
Some clients are older, some are younger, some have injuries that don't allow them to do certain exercises, others want to build muscle, or lose fat.
At Our Team Fitness our unique program includes development of movement, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed, agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.
The workouts become progressively more challenging as the fundamental techniques have been mastered.
Our Coaching staff progress athletes through our program as they grow stronger and faster.
Each session runs for 4 weeks and can be attended 2x a week or 3x a week.
I knew I wanted to look my best for the wedding, but what I was doing on my own was not getting me the results I wanted/needed.
I grew up in Oceanport and drove by Our Team Fitness one day on my way to work.
I reached out to them on their website and set up a one-on-one appointment.
During that appointment we talked about my wedding, the goals I had, and how Jon and his team were going to help get me there.
Within two weeks I immediately felt stronger, I realized my stamina had also increased and I was able to maintain my intensity longer during the workouts.
