Our Saturday class will be following clues, working out and having a ton of fun with the Amazing Race themed workout! This is a Saturday WOD. Claim your week for free at Starved Rock CrossFit to kick start your training and get in shape. It's time for a little "you-time!" At Starved Rock CrossFit we are focused on Building a Fit Community. We structure our workouts with constantly varied functional fitness performed with high intensity.

All of our trainers are CrossFit Level 1 Trainers and have years of CrossFit experience. At Starved Rock CrossFit we believe that to achieve total results, we will help our members focus on nutrition, metobolic conditioning, gymnastics movements, weightlifiting and the sport of CrossFit. These items together will help change lifestyles and give our members results.

We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

We offer simple membership options that make it as easy as "sign in, work out, be happy."
With workouts you'll actually enjoy and look forward to (nothing is as stress-relieving as a good sweat session, you'll see).
And a positive vibe that's naturally ego-free and 100% supportive, because the hardest thing about your workout should be the WORKOUT, not competitive meatheads that kill your mojo.

Your first week is FREE!
Our group classes are led by one of our skilled coaches and are available Monday through Saturday.
Our CrossFit classes run one full hour.
Each class will take you through a full-body warm-up, movement instruction, a strength or skill session, and then into the workout of the day (WOD).
Our work-outs consist of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements that have everyday application in real life.
They are designed to provide results in areas that include strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, balance, stamina, cardiovascular, and respiratory endurance.
All CrossFit & PowerFit membership offered is unlimited membership!
Attend as many classes as you'd like.
We are following all guidelines and being cautious, so class sizes are limited to a number of people.
We are thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the gym before and after each exercise class.
We are now offering Yoga classes once a week.
This yoga is intended to assist our athletes in flexibility, body awareness and coordination.
This included in the unlimited membership.
For non-members, there is a fee.
PowerFit is an integrated yoga workout that incorporates calisthenics, breathing techniques, along with core strengthening, balance and flexibility training.
This 60 minute class can be modified for most.
You will need a yoga mat and any other yoga tools (blocks, straps etc.) you want to bring with you.
Remember this is not traditional yoga!
This high energy hour, raises your heart rate, focuses on your balance and core strength all while meeting new people and having a ton of fun!
Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss.
You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss, and vice versa.
We can educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your lifestyle and create an individualized plan to achieve your goals.
By developing a growth mindset we will help you make time, take action, set reasonable and realistic expectations.
We help create an environment to support your goals and help find a process to get you there.
