Instructors utilize numerous combinations of punching, kicking, and body movements that will propel you into shape while giving you some self-defense.
Circuit Training- Class begins with a warm-up.
Workouts may include weights battle ropes, jump ropes, cone drills, and TRX that challenge all muscle groups.
