Our club hours are Monday-Thursday 5am-9pm, Friday 5am-8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7am-6pm. TAC Members can use this app to sign up for Specialty Classes at an Extra Discounted Member Rate. Non-TAC Members can use this app to sign up for Single Classes or 10 Class Bundles. The club's fitness studio offers Yoga, Group Cycle, Bosu Ball, and many other exciting fitness classes, led by experienced, certified instructors.

Classes include Spin Indoor Cycling, Group Strength, Core & More, Basic Yoga, Insanity, Biker Barre, Silver Sneakers, and more. Members - 10 classes $50 or drop in $8; non members - 10 classes $100 or drop in $15. Sign up for classes at www.mindbody.com. High intensity exercise using a treadmill, bike and weights, TRX, and more followed by periods of rest.

You will burn an insane amount of calories as well as increasing muscular strength. We offer specialty classes, Heavy Bag Kickboxing, Cardio Heavy Bag Kickboxing, TRX Suspension Training and our newest specialty Indo-Row exclusive at TAC!

At Tahoma Athletic Club, we provide the best Maple Valley has to offer, including all of these options as well as a strong sense of community, a place where friendships are made.
We also know that "just a workout" may not be enough for you to reach your fitness and nutrition goals.
We host many special programs that help keep you accountable and reach your goals.
We host an 8-9 week challenge for a nominal fee, every Summer and Fall/Winter, called Stay Even For The Season.
The club's fitness studio offers Yoga, Group Cycle, Bosu Ball, and many other exciting fitness classes, led by experienced, certified instructors.
This 55 minute class will integrate drills in strength, cardio, core, stability and balance on and off the BosuBalance Trainer.
Weights, bands and balls will be used in addition to the Bosu in which both sides will be used.
Games and line drills will be introduced at the end of the class working on endurance, agility, balance and coordination.
This hybrid Barre and Cycle class provides 35 minutes of cardio on the cycle and 35 minutes of barre, using resistance tools and weights for muscle conditioning and sculpting, emphasizing the importance of form and alignment while performing low-weight high-rep exercises to sculpt long, lean muscles.
TRX Suspension training is a new approach to exercise that leverages one's own body weight and the force of gravity.
Simultaneously you will develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination and core stability.
As a result of multiple muscle groups used with each exercise this workout also is metabolic and calorie burning.
TRX Strong utilizes just the suspension trainer as TRX Fusion has other fitness tools such as balls, bands, sandbags, kettlebells, and small weights.
Alternating between two formats: HIIT360/Tread&Shred. Exercises are performed at a high intensity level for a period of time, using a treadmill, bike and weights, TRX and more followed by a duration of rest.
