We help busy professionals achieve and maintain their fitness long-term through group training, nutritional guidance and supportive trainers, in a non-intimidating community. Our training is simple and natural but challenging, so you progress. Session sizes are limited to ensure you are getting the proper guidance and technique correction to perform at your best.

I wanted to share my recent obstacle race experience with you all. I did this Terrain race last Saturday and was able to complete the race. This is my first obstacle race, I had to climb walls, carry and flip tires, walk through hip level mud, carry a 40-pound bag uphill, do monkey bars and much more. I was able to push myself and my comfort zone to achieve this.

I thank all the ELITE trainers who trained me to achieve this. I joined the ELITE Fitness Performance Power Program for eight weeks. At the end of the first eight weeks I am happy to announce, I feel better mentally and physically. I reduced my body fat, and lost inches around my hips and waist.

Brittany is a World Instructor Training School Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
She is also CPR/AED certified.
She plans on pursuing other certifications of interest, to add to her fitness portfolio.
Her passion for fitness began in middle school after taking a weight training class in physical education and continued through out her adult life.
She realized she wanted to share the health with others while working with personal trainers in high school and college and eventually training her husband, who achieved success with a 40 pound weight loss.
What should I expect in my first session?
You should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of your session to meet your trainer and assure you have filled out your intake forms.
You will be greeted by your trainer, checked in to your session, and introduced to the other members.
The session will start with a 5-10 minute warm up, followed by a demonstration of the workout.
You will always be shown the exercises, proper form, and duration of the workout.
Once the workout is complete, you will cool down for 5-10 minutes, followed by a feeling of satisfaction for completing a challenging workout.
We'll call you promptly at that time to get to know you better, answer any questions you have, and provide you with all of the information you need to see if we are a great fit.
After our phone call we'll do a virtual tour and meeting.
We want to get to know you and learn more about where you feel stuck and where you need guidance.
We want you to get comfortable with the environment, the team, and the other members.
