Think 60, 45, or 30 minutes of a HIIT and Strength + Conditioning workout with movements that change daily. Every class starts with an overview of the workout followed by demos of the movements and modifications. All of our group fitness classes can be modified for any fitness level. The perfect fitness option regardless of whether you're brand new to exercise or a veteran.

Our mission is to help you FLOURISH through assessing your individual movement patterns, teaching you how to move with purpose, adapting to your goals as they change, and providing you with instruction and education during class. We want kids to have fun. We want kids to belong to a supportive group of other kids that encourage and support them. Our classes are structured so that any kid can be successful.

We provide proper instruction in all the exercises that we perform in class. On a daily basis the kids are exposed to bodyweight exercises, cardio exercises, running, kettlebell and dumbbell exercises, medicine ball exercises, and games that involve teamwork and strategy.
