Gym 22
GYM 22 provides progressive training methods that directly transfer to the outdoor-focused Wyoming lifestyle. In combination with fundamental strength and cardiovascular training, we utilize diverse modalities that include sandbags, stones, Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman training, HIIT, TRX and yoga. With regularly scheduled group classes, private personal training appointments, and open gym times, your potential for growth is unlimited.

Let us help you become more active in your life outside of the gym by experiencing our focused and proven programming. The hardest part is just coming in for your very first workout. That's why your first two classes are FREE for locals. If you like to train hard and need a gym in Jackson, you've got to drop in here. Brooks is an elite level trainer, watching our every move and adjusting and adapting perfectly to make the workout brutally hard but not injurious in the least.

They have so much great equipment, especially for lifters, crossfitters and strongman.
Services
Open since 2013, with 4,000 square feet of machines, turf, equipment and hype, Gym 22 is the premier fitness establishment in the Jackson area.
From the novice to elite athletes, everyone is welcome and encouraged in this facility.
Unlike other gyms, we pride ourselves on our community, as we offer a home, an escape, a place to grow, a group of supporters to anyone who walks through our doors.
Come train with us!
At Gym 22, we understand the Jackson Athlete: The skier, biker, paddler, climber, and runner.
Many of us try to take part in several activities per season since we live in this beautiful place.
However, it can be frustrating to progress in all of them, and it can be hard on the body.
We can help you become more durable & active in the Jackson community, now and for years to come.
Born and raised in Jackson, WY, Brooks began training and weightlifting at 12 years old.
As a Certified Underground Strength Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, CF-L1, & Military Athlete Advance Programming, he loves implementing corrective musculoskeletal exercises, AIS (Active Isolated Stretching), balance training, and HIIT circuits to improve performance inside and out of the gym.
Traditional strength & conditioning combined with corrective musculoskeletal exercises, AIS (Active Isolated Stretching), balance training, and HIIT circuits all to create an all-encompassing program at Gym 22. Proper biomechanics, posture and mobility are pressed every day in our sessions.
The longer we can practice SAFE training techniques that do not push our own physical limitations outside of our skeletal and natural limitations, the longer we may be able to continue enjoying life in Wyoming.
