At Core Changes You will find no two workouts are ever the same.

With the addition of more instructors and a growing team, the classes are even more diverse, always testing the limits of both strength and C02 output no matter what your fitness level. Incorporating a healthy level of fitness into your personal routine is an important philosophy at Core Changes. Offering workouts that challenge not just the large dominating muscles but also focusing on smaller stabilizing muscle groups is important for all instructors at Core Changes to maximize the body's efficiency.
