Excellence is achieved by doing the things you don't want to do, when you don't want to do them. While not the most important number, we all have psychological limits to what we're willing to accept. 15 minute phone call or gym walk through, to decide if Stone Age is the right fit for you. From this talk, you'll book your free intro with a coach. After your Consultation, you will then enroll into our Fundamentals Program.

This program is designed to instill competency in the numerous movements utilized in our training and ensure you can safely join the group classes. This is for someone with at least 6 months or more of consistent training in the functional fitness space. Some familiarity with weight training is expected. As an affiliate owner who travels a lot it is refreshing to see a box that teaches through the whole class.

The programming was great and the community was first class. If you live around here or visit this area I would highly recommend this box!

Stone Age Athletic Club was built on the idea of giving people their lives back, with better health, strength, and fitness.
The idea isn't top performance though, it's about performing for a lifetime.
As a Chicago Firefighter, I've seen firsthand what the ravages of time, neglect, and misinformation can do to a person's physical self.
We've made it our mission to help people get to retirement age, feeling energetic and confident.
Adulthood should be spent playing with your kids, traveling or just remaining active and trying new things.
All the people there are extremely friendly (especially the coaches!) and willing to help out on anything from 1) weight lifting form, 2) weight loss or gain nutrition, or 3) even being a friend when you need some support.
There is also no muscle head attitude.
I always feel both comfortable and supported by everyone.
