Core Fitness & Physical Therapy
Core Fitness and Physical Therapy provides a unique approach to Physical Therapy utilizing the contemporary Pilates Method alongside more traditional modalities and rehabilitation techniques. Additionally, we provide group and individual training in the Pilates Method for physical fitness and overall wellbeing. The ultimate mission of the facility is to provide a streamlined system for wellness and rehabilitation within the same physical location, using the same philosophy and key concepts.

We offer a variety of services within four main categories: Physical Therapy; Massage Therapy; Pilates-based Fitness; and Women's Health. The Physical Therapists have a wide variety of knowledge and really tailor their approach to the individual person. One of the things that I appreciate most about Core is the amount of time they give their clients.

I think that's a rarity in our culture and one that is important to acknowledge. People always come first at CORE. After two total knee replacements, I am an example of a patient that went from 0 to 110 percent with the help of Core Fitness and Physical Therapy, the Pilates Method, and wonderful Physical Therapists.
