Fit Happens is the premier fitness center in the area boasting 4 workout areas, complete with personal trainers to guide you to your fitness goals.
Each workout room was specifically designed with its own unique area separate from the rest of the gym, providing members with superior space and privacy. The general gym can accommodate members of any age or physical condition. There are pin setting machines, free weights and dumbbells. This equipment can be used to perform a variety of workouts from body building to muscle toning.
There is also a 15-piece circuit area. This part of the gym contains pin setting machines which can be used for a complete total body workout. There is a stretching area used for warm ups, cool downs or abdominal work. A third area of the gym boasts a world class cardio theater filled with treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes and other cardiovascular equipment.

The class will compromise of 6 to 10 strength/resistance training stations that are performed for a specific number of repetitions or for a set time.
A high impact cardio segment will follow each strength training station.
Modification will be offered during the high impact segments.
The instructor puts you through a variety of exercises from bodyweight to barbell, dumbbells, bands, and stability balls to engage large muscle groups and really strengthen your CORE.
If you are craving some cardio to balance the strength check the schedule for the 30 min.
