I can't say enough good things about Tonya & Nate. They care about and get to know each client personally. The environment is welcoming and not cliquey or intimidating. Everyone, there is genuinely working they're a** off for their goals and I mean you really don't have another option with these workouts. I'm addicted to going and it's something I really look forward to every week.

Tonya and Nate Robinson are both certified coaches and the owners of MLFA in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
Max Level's main Strength & Conditioning Bootcamps are fast-paced, large group classes in a HIIT format with modifications as needed!
If your main goal is fitness, weight loss &/or lots of energy, then these workouts are a great option for you!
You'll hit weights & main muscle groups weekly & change it up with a variety of HIIT intervals, circuits, locomotives, outdoor & team challenges, & more!

Max Level also offers 30-Min HIIT, an all out, nonstop high intensity workout to trim, tighten & tone every body part in no time; Max Lift, dynamic compound exercises & Olympic lifts; as well as Dance Fit by VXN, hip hop commercial choreography, killer music mixes & stage lighting in a dance fitness format for the ultimate mind-body connection, emotional release, sense of community & calorie burn!

Our six-week at-home (or anywhere!)
Want to focus specifically on body building and power lifting?
Then this program is for you!
Workouts will be sent two weeks at a time for this six-week program.
Geared towards those specifically interested in weightlifting, building strength and toning muscles.
This program is $99 and can be done on your own time or at the gym during your scheduled small group/private trainings (not during large-group classes).
