Fourteen Forty Athletics is the region's premier fitness community. Immersed with barbell culture, our facility is home to CrossFit [717] and Fourteen Forty Strength. Our complex offers unmatched coaching and programming, true camaraderie between members, the best facilities, and, last but not least, a place that members will spend their whole day thinking about.

Our team has always valued the time in which we are participating in the sports and activities we have come to love, from the countless minutes, days, months, and years, we have viewed our training as timeless. As a result of this mindset the name Fourteen Forty (1440) came to life. 1,440 is symbolic to the amount of minutes in a day, each one being equally as important as the next.

Our team was built off 5 a.m. The first step, and usually the hardest with any fitness routine is walking through the door. We encourage you to take that step step with us; just come in and talk with us. We need you in our facility to see, feel and hear the excitement and enthusiasm that our members experience every day.
Services
Our CrossFit classes offer intense comprehensive daily workouts in a group setting.
Each hour-long session could incorporate cardio, strength training, mobility, gymnastics, Olympic lifts and/or plyometrics - a constantly varied combination of the most effective training techniques planned out and served up by our expert coaching staff.
The first step, and usually the hardest, is walking through the door.

CrossFit is more than just a workout, it's a way of life - a stronger, faster, leaner, more flexible, and more coordinated way of life.
Most importantly CrossFit provides individuals with functional fitness, meaning that the movements and workouts you do with us, will positively affect your everyday life.
CrossFit combines cardio, strength training, mobility, gymnastics, Olympic lifts, and plyometrics (a constantly varied mix of the most effective training techniques) into an ultra-effective 60-minute daily dose.
With so many uncertainties and questions regarding kids returning to school this year and having hybrid schedules, it can feel a little overwhelming.
While education, social interaction and daily routines are critical for your child's success, so is their physical fitness and the importance of moving their bodies.
This class is for kids ages 8-14, and designed to introduce and develop a love for functional fitness and the importance of a healthy lifestyle at an early age.
Through this program, your child will be challenged, gain strength, proper body mechanics, and most importantly, learn self-resilience and focus while moving their bodies.
Learning the ins-an-outs of fitness and exercise for the first time can be intimidating.
Plus, most of the time, starting something new can be not only challenging, but completely overwhelming.

Fourteen Forty Foundations is designed to introduce functional movements and methodologies to those that are brand new to fitness.
This program is built to learn technique, understand how to move efficiently and allows you to feel confident before joining classes.
