My passion for fitness began during my Kinesiology classes at Penn State.
After college, I went into law enforcement and knew that working out and being physically fit would help my performance at work.
During this time, my mind shifted from viewing exercise as a task to adopting it as a part of my lifestyle.
The more time I spent in the gym, the better I looked and felt.
As my body transformed, people started to ask me for workout tips and advice.
When I noticed that they were starting to put my advice to use and seeing changes with their bodies, I knew then that I had the ability to help people not only start but also maintain a healthier lifestyle.

I would lose 5-10lbs but could never stay consistent enough to keep it off or lose more weight.
Being over weight my entire life convinced me that I could never be fit.
Dalton brought something different to the table with his ability to make working out entertaining.
