We fuse fitness and nutrition with fun, empowering you to meet your overall health goals and make them last a lifetime! Here's the REAL improvement: my cholesterol is totally turned around.; in 2011, I had osteopenia [calcium loss] in my lower spine and hip, and now: NONE. Lifting weights is the BEST way to build bone density! I am living proof! I've had a lymph node and skin lesion condition for 5 years that 3 different doctors gave up on.

It's all gone and healing-just a few scars on my arms. I've turned my life around by eating CLEAN and being willing to sweat hard. The Fusion Fitness staff is amazing! A year and a half ago, I was unhealthy and out of shape. I needed a change. That's when I found Fusion Fitness Bootcamp! I can now say I am healthy, inside and out because of the teachings and guidance they provide!

I am a now marathoner, and I could never say that without the help of Fusion Fitness! The mix of strength training, cardio, and core are all so important. Thank you for everything FUSION FITNESS STAFF!.

Mike and Erica, along with their talented and dedicated team offer health, sports, fitness, and nutrition services in everything from a one on one setting to a large group setting.
In early 2008, after the birth of her first son, Erica Hill began to expand her fitness credentials, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, American Council on Exercise Fitness Instructor, a certified Group Fitness Instructor, and nutritionist through the NCAA accredited American Council on Exercise.
While she taught dance and fitness classes in various gyms around the Memphis area, Erica noticed that all her classes were full and many had a wait list.
In 2012, she and her husband Mike, a Certified Personal Trainer and strength and conditioning coach, decided to start Hill Health Enterprises LLC, and Fusion Fitness was born.
Fusion combines fitness with a wide variety of Erica Hill's original choreography, ranging from Latin and Hip Hop to Jazz and Jive.
Participants will learn a variety of easy to follow dance steps and burn hundreds of calories while having a blast!
This class is designed to tone and strengthen the core, engage the entire body in movement and to provide improved cardiovascular performance.
No dance experience or rhythm necessary.
Participants just need to come ready to break a sweat and have a great time.
Our core muscles are THE most important muscle group in the body for both males and females.
Core Strength is a 30-minute co-ed class designed to sculpt and tone the midsection as you strengthen the entire core.
By strengthening your abdominals, back, chest and hip flexors, you will improve overall body tone, function and balance.
Fusion strength is a combination of all of these training styles in a small group setting.
Personal attention and focus on proper form and movements will allow you to grow in other areas of your fitness regimen.
With different training sessions custom-programmed each week, the workouts are guaranteed to be challenging and offer more variety while still focusing on specific goals.
Fusion Strength is designed to increase strength and endurance while meeting current goals and setting new ones.
Fusion Strength is for anyone who has goals to meet and is looking for a challenge.
