These small group training classes are based in the Functional Fitness methodology and programming is always kept fresh to keep you progressing and crushing your goals. Its programming designed to make you better at accomplishing your ADLs (Activities of Daily Living). Certainly those activities vary from individual to individual, but the workouts we perform will make it easier to get through whatever challenges YOUR day throws at you.
