A four-week outdoor/indoor and virtual and interactive program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training and community building.
You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer and Director, Ryan Bate and his wife Danielle.
Each day, camp will be one hour in length.
Start times vary at each location.
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.
Nor will anybody go home unchallenged!

South County Adventure Boot Camp's newest Family Fitness Program, Buddy Boot Camp, is a four week (one day per week) indoor and outdoor program designed to integrate health and fitness practices into your family's routine.
It offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help your family reach your fitness goals.
Who can participate?
One adult and one child make a Buddy Boot Camp team.
Adults can be Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Grandmas, Grandpas, Babysitters, and Guardians of all fitness levels.
It offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help your family reach your fitness goals.
Who can participate?
