ALL-STAR Taekwondo & Fitness offers Martial Arts training for children and adults, from age 3 through seniors. Our group fitness classes are based in Taekwondo training and also focus on fitness, health, wellness, and self-defense. Our school is based on traditional Korean Martial Arts, including: Taekwondo, Hapkido, Hoshinsul, and Kumdo. We are a fully accredited martial arts program of the World Taekwondo Federation (W.T.F.), World Hapkido Association (W.H.A.), and Jang Star Martial Arts Association, USA.
Most importantly, ALL-STAR Taekwondo & Fitness maintains a family-oriented atmosphere and offers a place for you to reach your Martial Arts and fitness goals. Our goal is to provide a trusted destination where our students can come to refresh their minds and bodies, build friendships, and achieve the goals they have set for themselves. Our classes go beyond structured play to help our youngest members learn basic movements such as kicking and punching, get plenty of exercise playing games and completing obstacle courses, and work in a group setting to promote socialization.
Older students from our Children and Junior level classes are often present for one-on-one and small group instruction to provide individualized attention.

Our children's classes teach basic taekwondo principles, focusing on keeping kids active both physically and mentally.
Taekwondo promotes movement and fitness, helping children to improve coordination, strength, and agility.
