You vs You was born out of a dream to make a difference in society by enhancing people's health, helping to reduce chronic diseases, and making everyone stronger to face the challenges life throws at us. Our name refers to everyone's daily challenge, You vs You, that battle between "stay at home watching TV" and "Lets WOD!", resilience versus procrastination and that internal voice telling us to keep going and not stop, while at the same time we hear another one telling us to give up.
Here at You vs You CF, CrossFit is more than just a training regimen, it's a community activity and the WOD it is just one part of it. These are 45-minute small-group sessions that will consist of instruction and practice of the 9 foundational movements that you will be utilizing during the group classes. Open gym is included on the unlimited membership during specific hours of the day.
Open gym is also offered for those who want to work on their individual goals with a personal trainer.

CrossFit is a strength training and general conditioning program that provides the widest possible physiological adaptation for any type of person, age or independent physical level, generating greater optimization of all functions; they are cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and precision.
The CrossFit class will be one hour in length.
