I am also a former member of the United State Army where I specialized in fitness and motivational training for ground troops.
I became interested in personal training while leading my squad through a variety of boot camp programs and mission-specific training exercises.

The plan was to just lose a few pounds and firm up, and after 6 months of fun and awesome workouts I have lost 11 pounds of fat and gained 2 pounds of muscle with a BMI of 23.

Although I work out regularly (I have a Bowflex and a set of racked weights at home), I discovered that my upper body strength was deteriorating.
