Our group fitness classes and nutrition programs are personalized in order to provide the intensity appropriate for each individual and ensure success indefinitely.

Full Circle Fitness provides health coaching in a group fitness setting that is designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Group fitness training provides an environment that can not be matched by 1-on-1 training. The group setting allows members to encourage one another, grow together, and instill accountability to the program through relationships.

Our group training program is designed to facilitate all levels of health and fitness. Every exercise within a given workout will have a series of progressions and regressions that will be used to make sure each individual is working at the appropriate intensity level in order to see results and stay safe.

Teaching group fitness has become his calling, and over his seven years of coaching and 7,500+ hours of group training experience he has learned to love more than just the exercise aspect of coaching.
Jordan has developed an all-encompassing view of physical fitness, which include all aspects of health; including heart, mind and soul.
