A cardiovascular assessment checking blood pressure and heart rate response to a sub-maximal test.
A musculoskeletal screen to determine joint range of motion and any areas of stiffness to be appropriately addressed.
After the assessment we spend time working with any areas of concern.
With the implementation of a continuous stretching program, stiff muscles and joints can improve dramatically.

One of our trainers will answer any question you may have and will ask a few questions regarding your medical history.
We want to make sure that you are safe to progress and if a reason exists that is a concern, we will fax your doctor a personalized medical clearance form to make sure he/she is aware of your desire to begin a monitored exercise program.
Once it is determined that it is safe to progress, you will schedule your initial assessment session.
During my 20 years as a fitness and wellness professional, I have seen what increased physical activity, proper nutrition and stress management can do to transform the quality of life of my clients.
Each individual is unique and needs to be carefully listened so that these tools can be introduced safely and have a lasting effect on their lifestyle.
It is only when personality, motivational level, physical capabilities and specific goals of each individual is considered can an appropriate and safe program be developed.
