I started teaching group fitness classes in 2013 with my first certification in willPower and grace.
I have since become certified as a group fitness instructor through AFAA.
I have also studied Beachbody's PiYo, Mat Science, and Yoga Shred to be better able to build classes that incorporate cardio and elements of yoga.

Our facility houses a 4000 square foot cardio and weight room that includes treadmills, stair steppers, ellipticals and bikes; 1lb-90lb dumbbells; a full complement of cable machines; training accessories including TRX, bands, boxes, and steps; and a fitness room for stretching and cooldowns.
Harts Run Fitness welcomes lifters of all levels.
We have barbells as light as 15lbs, standard women's power bars, olympic men's bars, deadlift bars, and hex bars, with bumper plates ranging from 5lbs to 45lbs.

Our massage practitioner, Becca Cutright, LMT can provide massage for all needs, from soothing relaxation to targeted treatment on 'problem' areas to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and calm the nervous system.
Traditional Swedish style and deep tissue massage techniques are combined with neuromuscular therapy (trigger points), myofascial release, specific passive stretching, and joint mobilization based on the individual's unique needs.
