Eric Lugg founded East End Fitness in 2019.
Ever since graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology, he has had a passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals.
Eric's wife of 22 years, Karen Lugg, is a pharmacist for Rite Aid Pharmacy in the North Hills.
Together, they have two sons that are division 1 football players.
Eric has twenty-six years experience in the Personal Training industry which has provided him with the ability to match the client goals to the specific exercises necessary to achieve results.
Byron Dovales graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2014 with a M.S in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
He was a member of the school's varsity football team and most recently listed on their All-Decade Team.
As an outstanding athlete, Byron also focused his free time on being an active leader for the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Byron brings seven years of valuable experience to East End Fitness as he has worked as a performance trainer and assistant director.
Sergio joins East End Fitness bringing many skill sets to our team.
Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Sergio played 2 years of professional soccer before getting the opportunity to come to the United States on a 4 year scholarship, to pursue a degree in sport & exercise science.
He graduated in 2018 from Gannon University and earned second-team all conference honors.
His studies focused on the mitigation & rehabilitation of orthopedic injury as well as strength & conditioning; making him well versed in the biomechanical, physiological & psychological factors that affect athletic performance.
Russ is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified (HKC) instructor, and Progressive Calisthenics Certified instructor (PCC) with over 20+ years of experience.
Over this time he has amassed extensive experience assisting clients returning from various orthopedic injuries, including but not limited to; joint replacements, ACL reconstruction, and rotator cuff repairs.
His use of primarily bodyweight calisthenics and kettlebells allows him to achieve a great training effect for clients short on time, space, and/or equipment.
TOPGUN is a vigorous workout that will push you to a level you have never experienced.
With a focus on High Intensity Interval Training, you will be able to build a bigger and stronger bridge to your goals.
TOPGUN group class training will not only push you as an individual, but your teammates throughout the workout.
This program is an invite only class that runs three days a week.
