I have gone to PFP since they opened. Previously I was a member at LAF in Bakery Square, and PFP was a welcome change from the big corporate gym atmosphere. The personal interaction between the staff and clients makes for a much more welcoming environment. Tom and Brian have brought in a fantastic staff and created a great atmosphere to workout, whether it is through personal training or group fitness.

This first half of the class will focus on one of the 4 major lifts: Squat, Deadlift, Overhead Press, and Bench Press.
The second half of the class will focus on accessory strength movements.
This Power Hour class is designed to cover your cardio, strength, and core all in one class!
Varying intervals, sport specific drills, stamina, balance, and full body sculpting are just a few of the areas covered during the hour.
You'll also experience running drills, jumping rope, and some kick-boxing drills.
