What is CrossFit? The book definition of CrossFit is that which optimizes fitness through constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. When you combine these functional movements within a varied and highly intense workout, you produce a level of fitness that translates into increased lean muscle mass, increased strength, increased stamina, and an overall increase in wellness.

Our facility is a 6500 square foot warehouse, located in a low traffic industrial area.
It is configured to meet all the needs of CrossFit programming.
We have dedicated space for the general workouts, as well as space for other lifting and metabolic conditioning.
We have two showers for those of you who want/need to go directly to work or other commitments after your workouts.

The Foundation classes are critical for anyone who wants to participate in CrossFit classes.

What is CrossFit Conditioning/KW Boot Camp? - Many people want to experience the fun of CrossFit or high intensity workouts in a boot camp-like environment, but may have reservations about using the barbells.
This is understandable since the idea of lifting very heavy weight can be unsettling.
CrossFit Conditioning/KW Boot Camp is designed to maximize your fitness by using a variety of different body weight movements and objects like kettlebells to obtain significant strength and cardiovascular health.

CrossFit Conditioning/KW Boot Camp is designed to maximize your fitness by using a variety of different body weight movements and objects like kettlebells to obtain significant strength and cardiovascular health.
CrossFit Core can be seen as a hybrid between the regular CrossFit class and CrossFit Conditioning.
It usually will not involve a separate gross strength component, which is performed in our CrossFit classes, but it will involve those components in the workouts.
