CrossFit War Box is a training facility that promotes health through strength and high intensity conditioning in a community atmosphere. All of our clients are treated like family, respected, and encouraged to push beyond what they believe they are capable of. Our programming is constantly varied, using many functional movements at a high intensity level.
All movements are scalable to any fitness level and we highly encourage you to come give it a try! No judgement, everyone's ego is checked at the door, come ready to work hard!
