Train Harder CrossFit is a training facility that offers strength, conditioning and endurance-based training in a positive atmosphere. We want all of our clients to feel comfortable, welcomed and challenged in their daily workout. Our program is based on constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity which promotes increased fitness levels in all of life's endeavors.

Never done CrossFit? We want you here! Whether you are an athlete or couch potato, you are welcome here. Every movement is scalable. We can adjust the workout to any limitations you might have. I signed my 10 year-old gymnast daughter up for the summer weightlifting camp this past summer. She fell in love with it and was so motivated by Coach Jordon she is now working out at Train Harder 3 days a week after school.

She and I both love the fact that there are many members (adults) cheering her on with her workout. I love this gym! I have been a member for 6 years. I appreciate the not too intimidating atmosphere they have created.
