At CrossFit Tarpon Springs we have classes for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced athlete. Here we only want one thing, we want you to leave the gym everyday stronger, healthier, and happier than you were when you walked in. Whether you've never worked out before or you've been working out for years, this gym has a place for you. Traditional CrossFit classes, matched with unbelievably talented coaches, and so much more, right here in Tarpon Springs.

We have a handful of experienced coaches who want nothing more than to see you succeed. Muay Thai/Kickboxing training in a small group setting, for beginners or trained fighters. The Fat Loss Fitness Challenge is a 6 week program dedicated to helping you become the healthiest version of yourself through nutrition, structured exercise, and unconditional support.

Time to step up and get what you want. Not complain about what you want or feel you deserve. But to actually go out and grab life by the horns, play by your rules and achieve whatever's important.

CrossFit is a workout program for anyone.
In this program we teach you proper body mechanics from the ground up.
Starting with basic movements like the body weight squat all the way to complex Olympic lifting movements like Clean and Jerks and Snatch.

Don't worry we will teach you in our Foundations.
Our foundation program is designed to teach you all the movements of CrossFit.
We will strengthen and prepare your body for everyday tasks.
Full body movements are also used for many strength and conditioning programs as well.
Our Foundations program will be focused on skill development and exposure to CrossFit's foundational movements over a 2 week period with 3 classes per week.
This program is designed to prepare you to effectively enter our ongoing group classes.
We will place a heavy emphasis on technique to make sure that you perform the movements safely and to provide the proper building blocks for your CrossFit journey.
We will focus on technique first, then consistency and only after you can effectively demonstrate both will we introduce intensity.
One of the biggest misconceptions when women consider weight training or CrossFit is that they are going to get bulky.
While it is true that you may gain a couple of pounds of muscle, you will not bulk up like a man unless you are taking steroids.
CrossFit Tarpon Springs will help prepare you for whatever life throws your way by lifting, pushing, running, squatting and reaching.
We use functional movements in combination with weight training which will give you an amazingly strong core and those coveted abs of steel, once the fat is inevitably trimmed away.
